All ready-made items will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a 2-month waiting period. Please allow sufficient time for the creation of your unique piece. For any questions about custom orders, contact us at imaginarymirrors1@gmail.com. We’re happy to assist you!
Returns
We do not accept returns. However, if you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us at imaginarymirrors1@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Import Duties and Taxes
- U.S. Orders: All prices on our website include applicable taxes and duties.
- International Orders: Import duties, taxes, or fees may apply when your shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Pre-Order Items
- Shipping dates for pre-order items will be specified in the product description.
- Orders containing pre-order items will ship together on the latest date listed in your order confirmation email.
Uncollected Packages
If you fail to collect your package or are unavailable to receive it, the package will be returned to us. A fee of $30 USD will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs for uncollected packages.
